This programs aims to establish a baseline to intermediate movement practice based in a specific movement ratio I have found to provide a near perfect blend of strength, speed, mobility, coordination, and balance. It is a particularly helpful ratio when trying to adopt my style of movement and is meant to help streamline your process in achieving my level strength and coordination without the years of tinkering and movement exploration I have devoted my life's work to.
