Why Eroding Weakness?Eroding Weakness is a movement philosophy rooted in the fundamental functions of weight transfer and weight shifting. Weight transfer simple being a transfer of weight over a new base of support and weight shift being a shift of balance while maintaining a base of support. They are concepts that span across all areas of human behavior and are important assets to understand at all levels of fitness and performance. When honed they will allow us to carryover a skillset across every new exercise and tool that we learn to wield in our offerings and any other training modalities you choose to explore in the future. They are as water is to dirt... the constant that will ultimately shape our bodies and minds into a stronger, functional, and ultimately more productive human being.

What do I need to get started?In short you can get started with just yourself and a device with internet connection. Each of our programs are designed with a Primary Tool in mind and most importantly your budget and potentially limited training space. Essentials - Is based around the use of a your own body and a simple hand towel **Optional Elastic Band** Calisthenics Crew - Is based around the use of your own body and gymnastics rings The Kettlebell Initiative - Is based around having a pair of kettlebells **Optional to have various weights for maximum progression** Sandbaggers - Is based around the use of a strongman slug style sandbag **Optional - Multiple bag and or mixed media to adjust weight**

Subscription or A La Carte?Subscription Service: Our subscription service will provide you with Full Access to all of our current and future programs. This is the preferred option for our costumers and is a great way to taste test a program you may want to purchase A La Carte. The advantage of such a commitment is the ability to tap into the content you need when you need it. You can bounce between programs, exercise library's, skill protocols and workouts. It is the ultimate way to tap into the variability of movement that really assure movement mastery. A La Carte: Purchasing any of our programs individually will provide you life time access to your content and any updates to said program. The advantage of such a purchase is to allow access to your content on demand. This style of purchasing is helpful for those that value programs but find the natural ebb and flow of life "getting in the way" of our ability to commit fully to a new movement thought or program.
